Work with the CEO to develop, cascade, communicate and oversee the execution of a clear and compelling sales and marketing vision and strategy, aligning financial goals with strategic objectives to drive sustained long-term growth of the Group. Ensure the sales team in your territory is fully aware and delivers their business objectives and targets. Work with the CEO and Group marketing to analyze market trends and align your territory’s strategy with those trends. Work with your sales team to actively manage existing accounts and generate new business opportunities in your territory. Utilise CRM platform to record all activity across your territory and provide regular reporting with analysis for the CEO and Board.
