We’re hiring a Vice President of Data Center Construction to lead the planning and execution of large-scale mission-critical construction projects across a growing portfolio.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced data center construction executive who can oversee greenfield developments, campus expansions, and major infrastructure upgrades while driving schedule, budget, contractor performance, and operational handoff. The role reports directly to the CEO.
Key experience we’re looking for:
- 15+ years of commercial or mission-critical construction experience
- 7+ years leading multi-site construction programs
- Direct experience delivering data center or similar mission-critical infrastructure
- Experience managing projects in the $50M–$150M+ range
- Deep understanding of MEP systems, power, cooling, redundancy, and commissioning
- Proven experience managing general contractors, EPC firms, consultants, and trade partners
- Strong financial acumen across forecasting, cost control, change orders, and capital deployment
- Experience overseeing multiple concurrent greenfield builds and campus expansions
- Proven ability to build and lead teams of Directors, Project Managers, and Superintendents
- Colocation or multi-tenant data center experience is highly preferred
