VP Finance

We are partnering with a leading digital infrastructure investment platform seeking a VP of Finance / Controller to oversee the financial performance of a growing portfolio of data center developments across the United States and Europe.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for financial reporting, project finance, budgeting, forecasting, capital expenditure oversight, and executive reporting. The position will work closely with investment, development, construction, and executive teams while helping build scalable financial processes for a rapidly expanding platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Manage project finance and capital expenditure reporting for data center developments
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost-to-complete forecasts
• Prepare reporting for lenders, investors, and executive leadership
• Support investment underwriting and financial modeling
• Improve financial controls, processes, and reporting frameworks
• Partner with development, engineering, construction, and accounting teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance, accounting, FP&A, or project finance experience
• Experience in data centers, infrastructure, real estate development, energy, or other capital-intensive industries
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, and executive reporting
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
