Technical Project Manager (Data Center)

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Technical Project Manager with expertise in data center deployment to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, networking, and server technologies, combined with strong project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will be based in Central New Jersey with access to a major airport and requires travel (up to 50%) to various project sites. Project Planning and Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of multiple simultaneous data center deployment projects, including design, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover to operations. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across all parties involved and hold meetings with your vendors and site to meet timelines. Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources (teams, tools, budget) effectively, ensuring that all project phases are adequately staffed and equipped to meet fast-paced timelines. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, create mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize disruptions to project timelines. Scheduling & Budgeting: Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed contractual constraints.
