Senior Vice President – OSP Construction
Location: Southern California

We are seeking a Senior Vice President of OSP Construction to lead the deployment of a large-scale fiber-to-the-premises (FTTP) network. Reporting to the CEO, this executive will oversee all aspects of OSP construction, contractor management, and network deployment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include managing construction teams and vendors, tracking production metrics, coordinating with engineering and project management, and representing the company with local, state, and federal agencies. The role requires deep expertise in fiber network construction, OSP/ISP architecture, GIS tools, and large-scale infrastructure deployment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of telecommunications experience

• Proven leadership in FTTH / FTTx network construction

• Strong background in OSP networks, fiber deployment, and project management

• Experience managing large infrastructure programs and vendor ecosystems
