SVP Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Vice President of OSP Construction & Engineering to lead the execution of a large-scale fiber-to-the-premises (FTTP) deployment strategy. This executive will oversee key operating metrics, ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery, and drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, construction, operations, and vendor partners.

This role requires deep expertise in OSP networks, FTTH construction methodologies, fiber design, GIS initiatives, and optical technologies. The ideal candidate is adept at reviewing and presenting weekly production metrics and excels at building scalable processes, optimizing performance, and leading high-performing teams.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will guide strategic initiatives, manage complex construction programs, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to industry standards. The SVP will also serve as the organization’s primary liaison with local, state, and federal government agencies on matters related to fiber network development. Responsibilities also include oversight of trouble management reporting, emergency restoration and disaster recovery efforts, and coordination of contractors and key vendor relationships.
