We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive business development across the New York Metro and broader Northeast region. This role will focus on identifying, developing, and securing infrastructure opportunities across commercial, enterprise, municipal, and data center environments.

You’ll serve as the front-line market leader, leveraging relationships and market insight to convert opportunities into revenue while partnering closely with leadership, operations, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with developers, general contractors, construction managers, engineers, and enterprise clients

  • Identify and position on projects ahead of formal bid cycles

  • Drive growth across structured cabling, fiber, inside plant, and low-voltage infrastructure

  • Expand presence in data center and enterprise environments across NYC, NJ, and surrounding markets

  • Partner cross-functionally to convert pipeline into executed projects

Target Markets

  • Commercial real estate & high-rise developments

  • Enterprise & financial services environments

  • Municipal, transit, and aviation infrastructure

  • Healthcare & institutional facilities

  • Data centers and fiber infrastructure

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business development or sales experience in construction, telecom, or infrastructure

  • Strong network within NYC Metro construction ecosystem (developers, GCs, CMs, etc.)

  • Experience working in union environments (IBEW knowledge preferred)

  • Familiarity with structured cabling, fiber, low-voltage, DAS, and enterprise infrastructure

  • Proven ability to source and close complex infrastructure opportunities
