Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field OR equivalent hands-on experience. Willingness to think differently and to approach problems from multiple directions, with a focus on delivering results. Demonstrated ability to foster relationships with team members, contractors, regulators, community officials and leaders. 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, ideally within fiber optic or telecommunications infrastructure. Strong knowledge of aerial and underground fiber construction methods, permitting, and right-of-way requirements. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects in challenging environments.
