The Director, Regional Operations is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the technical operations for Company within their assigned region. This leadership role ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service for both commercial and residential customers by overseeing the support, installation, and maintenance of Company’s network infrastructure. The role will have direct oversight of the Outside Plant Construction, Headend/Central Office operations, and Residential and Commercial Field Teams responsible for installation, network maintenance, and repair.
Base 140 to 155k + Bonus
