The Director of the Network Operations Center will be a pivotal contributor, driving network stability, operational efficiency, and performance optimization across the company’s Access, Transport, and Core Network domains. This role will lead the NOC team, ensuring high availability and reliability of the infrastructure while implementing strategies for automation, incident response, and service assurance. The Director will be responsible for defining and executing a strategic vision for the NOC, ensuring that all network services meet or exceed operational performance and reliability targets. This role requires an expert understanding of network operations, incident management, and performance analytics while proactively enhancing network resilience and efficiency.
