We’re hiring a Director of Acquisitions to lead subscriber growth across a rapidly expanding fiber network in the Southeast.
This is not a brand marketing role. This is a pure growth and performance marketing position focused on driving measurable customer acquisition across 20+ markets.
You will own everything that drives new customers:
- Paid media (Google, Meta, programmatic)
- Organic growth (SEO, social, local)
- Market launches and expansion strategy
- Channel performance, CPA, and ROI optimization
- Marketing analytics and reporting
For the first several months, you’ll also act as the day-to-day leader of the marketing team, helping scale the function while a senior marketing leader is brought on.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 7+ years in growth, acquisition, or performance marketing
- Has managed meaningful paid media budgets and optimized for CPA/ROAS
- Understands how to scale across multiple local markets
- Is highly analytical and comfortable living in the data
- Brings a test → learn → scale mindset
- Is excited about using AI tools to drive smarter, faster marketing
