Lead a team of Enterprise sales professionals to drive value creation through the sale of products and services via our Solutions Sales process. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, a great collaborator who thrives in an agile environment with a strong data and collaboration background, who prides themselves on reliability, integrity, and the ability to perform under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a strong enterprise background and experience building and managing a team in a developing organization. This is a player/coach position on a varsity team. We are looking for a player who can use our infrastructure, capital, and professionals to solve complex problems for the largest and most dynamic companies operating in Texas. Strong understanding of Dark Fiber, Metro Ethernet transport services, waves, etc.
