Sr Analyst, Corporate Development

This role will focus on the creation and management of the financial models and will have valuable exposure to the Company cross-functional leaders in the company, Private Equity investors of the company, current and potential lenders, investment bankers, and industry investors regularly. Assist in Debt and Equity capital raising initiatives. Prepare project information materials that provide a logically reasoned and data-supported approach for the internal investment committee, the board of directors, banks, and investors through close interaction with finance, new site development, sales & operations teams. Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide strategic initiatives. Create, maintain & update flexible, accurate & user-friendly financial models. Assist in the negotiation of term sheets, and prepare recommendations of debt financing solutions. Handle information flow with banks, lawyers, and internal constituencies via data room creation and management. Draft term sheets and LOIs on investment opportunities. Prepare lender presentations and investment memoranda on capital raises as well as new investment opportunities. Assist in negotiating loan documentation. Ensure smooth handover to finance/accounting team for funding mechanics, reporting requirements, covenant compliance, etc. Coordinate with finance/accounting team on any post-closing interactions with the lenders.

Comp: 100 to 125k + Bonus
