Director of Construction

As Director of Facilities & Construction Management you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations and construction projects across our portfolio. This role includes managing the planning, design, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also lead facilities management initiatives, focusing on optimizing building performance, sustainability, and operational efficiency. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
