We are seeking a National Channel Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic channel partnerships across the telecommunications industry. This individual will recruit, develop, and support partners while creating and executing channel sales strategies that expand market presence and accelerate sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and manage channel partners.
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Support partners in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to develop pricing and customized solutions.
  • Monitor partner performance, pipeline activity, and forecasting.
  • Create incentive programs that increase partner engagement and sales success.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of telecom channel sales or partner management experience.
  • Proven success driving revenue through indirect sales channels.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom solutions including broadband, Ethernet, VoIP, wireless, and enterprise services.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
