Act as Chief Financial Officer and strategic business partner to senior executive leadership team. Assess, evaluate and provide actionable insights into the performance of organization considering both short-term and long-term objectives of the organization. Improve and enhance systems and processes to ensure efficient operations including identifying areas for optimization and automation. Regularly engage with the Board of Directors, investors and prospective investors. Be prepared to take a leadership role on M&A exploration and capital raise activity. Lead the financial analysis and returns analysis for capital projects, including fiber builds. Oversee financials audits, tax compliance, and other compliance matters. Oversee the preparation of regular reporting to management, regulators and investors. Develop, recruit and optimize the human resources that make up the CFO team. Located in Markham.
