We’re hiring a Senior Sales Executive to help drive the next phase of growth for an established cybersecurity firm backed by new leadership and fresh investment in sales and marketing.

This is a true hunter role focused on winning new business and helping organizations strengthen their security posture through cybersecurity, compliance, and assessment-driven solutions.

You’ll engage directly with executive stakeholders (CEO, CFO, CIO, CISO), own the full sales cycle, and build long-term client relationships from first conversation through close and beyond.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, events, and targeted outreach
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline across mid-market organizations
  • Lead discovery, presentations, and solution discussions with senior decision-makers
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → proposal → close
  • Partner with technical teams to scope solutions that solve real business challenges
  • Maintain and grow client relationships for 12 months before transition to Client Success

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience (IT, consulting, or professional services preferred)
  • 3+ years selling MSP or cybersecurity solutions
  • Proven track record closing complex, multi-stage deals
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to build pipeline from scratch
  • Experience selling into mid-market organizations (100–1000 employees)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
