We’re hiring a senior operations leader to launch and scale a data center ISP program across the Northern Virginia market.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who understands both the technical execution of inside plant/structured cabling projects and the P&L side of running a growing operation.
Key experience we’re looking for:
- 7–10+ years in structured cabling and data center construction
- 3+ years leading field teams, markets, or major programs
- Proven delivery of ISP scopes within greenfield and live data center environments
- Experience supporting hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center customers
- Strong knowledge of TIA/EIA standards, testing/certification, labeling, QA/QC, and closeout documentation
- Ability to recruit, build, and develop teams of technicians, field leaders, and estimators
- Strong financial acumen across estimating, labor forecasting, margins, WIP, and change-order management
- Executive-level customer management and experience owning SLAs and performance scorecards
- Ability to coordinate across GCs, electrical contractors, OSP teams, and data center operations
- RCDD, DCDC, OSHA-30, PMP, and manufacturer certifications are a plus
