Controller

We’re hiring a Controller to lead the accounting and financial reporting functions for a group of broadband and telecommunications operations in Kansas.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who can oversee multiple entities while working closely with both local operating leadership and corporate finance.

Key experience we’re looking for:

• Active CPA license required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience preferred
• Strong U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, general ledger, and internal controls experience
• Experience leading accounting teams across multiple entities or locations
• Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and audit support experience
• Strong capital expenditure, fixed asset, and construction accounting knowledge
• Telecom, utilities, or regulated-industry experience is preferred
• FCC Part 32, NECA/USAC, cost study, or regulated telecom accounting experience is a plus
• Experience improving accounting processes, systems, and reporting
