We’re hiring a Senior Accountant to support the accounting and financial reporting for a growing portfolio of data center investments and development projects.
This is a hands-on opportunity for an accountant who enjoys working in a complex, multi-entity environment and wants exposure to data center development, construction, and infrastructure investments.
Key experience we’re looking for:
- 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting experience
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience with multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, consolidations, or joint ventures
- Exposure to development/construction accounting, including project costs, capitalization, construction in progress, and fixed assets
- Ability to work closely with development, construction, finance, and asset management teams
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems; Yardi experience is strongly preferred
- Background in data centers, real estate, infrastructure, construction, energy, or another capital-intensive industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or advanced accounting degree is a plus
