We’re looking for a Performance & Media Lead to take full ownership of paid acquisition across 20+ markets.

This is a hands-on role where you will manage campaigns, control budget, and make real-time decisions on what scales and what gets cut. You’ll bring paid media in-house, replacing an external agency, and drive measurable customer growth through data-driven execution.

What you’ll do:

  • Own paid search, paid social, and programmatic campaigns
  • Manage and optimize budget across multiple markets
  • Execute and track direct mail campaigns alongside digital channels
  • Build dashboards and report on CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Continuously test, optimize, and scale what works

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience
  • Proven success managing $50K+ monthly budgets
  • Strong analytical mindset with daily performance optimization
  • Experience across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms
  • Comfortable using AI tools for campaign optimization and reporting

Nice to have:

  • Telecom, ISP, or subscription business experience
  • Multi-market or regional campaign ownership
  • Experience with direct mail or offline media
