Regional Vice President (Fiber/Wireline)

We are seeking a Regional Vice President to lead operations, financial performance, project execution, and business development across a defined region within the fiber/wireline infrastructure space.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing regional directors, construction managers, project managers, and field teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with company goals
• Lead wireline construction and operations teams across multiple projects
• Drive accountability around margin, productivity, project execution, and unbilled revenue
• Oversee regional P&L performance and implement corrective actions when needed
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as an escalation point
• Support contract negotiations, major bids, and new market opportunities
• Enforce operational best practices, quality standards, and safety compliance
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Ideal background:

• 10+ years of experience in wireline telecommunications, fiber infrastructure, or construction
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Strong knowledge of wireline infrastructure and large-scale field operations
• Proven P&L ownership and margin management experience
• Business development and client relationship management experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to travel as needed
