Controller

A rapidly growing fiber infrastructure company is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting, reporting, and financial operations during a high-growth phase.

This is a highly visible role partnering directly with executive leadership and playing a key part in financial strategy, M&A integration, and operational decision-making.

What You’ll Own:
• Lead all accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting functions
• Drive month-end close, cash flow management, and internal controls
• Standardize reporting across business units and acquired companies
• Support audits, tax compliance, and US GAAP adherence
• Partner with CFO and leadership on strategic initiatives and board reporting
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing accounting team

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong background in revenue recognition, long-term contracts, and lease accounting
• Experience in high-growth or multi-entity environments (M&A exposure a big plus)
• ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
• CPA preferred
• Proven ability to lead, prioritize, and operate in a fast-paced environment
