Senior Manager – Wholesale & Partner Solutions (AI Fabric & Connectivity Services)

We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Senior Manager to join our Wholesale & Partner Solutions team, focused on AI Fabric and Connectivity Services supporting Hyperscaler and Neo-Cloud providers.

This is a leadership role for a proven sales professional who thrives in complex, enterprise environments and has a track record of building high-performing teams, executing sophisticated sales strategies, and closing large-scale, strategic deals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full sales pipeline lifecycle, including forecasting, reporting, and CRM optimization

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunities

  • Provide leadership and direction across all sales activities to drive consistent performance against revenue targets

  • Build, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Contract Management to deliver cohesive go-to-market strategies

  • Negotiate and close complex enterprise agreements with hyperscalers and cloud partners

  • Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, including management of senior sales professionals and strategic accounts

  • Strong background in consultative and value-based selling methodologies

  • Demonstrated success in team leadership, coaching, and performance development

  • Experience within hyperscaler, cloud, telecom, or digital infrastructure environments preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus

  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

  • Strong capabilities in sales forecasting and pipeline management
