Senior Manager – Wholesale & Partner Solutions (AI Fabric & Connectivity Services)
We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Senior Manager to join our Wholesale & Partner Solutions team, focused on AI Fabric and Connectivity Services supporting Hyperscaler and Neo-Cloud providers.
This is a leadership role for a proven sales professional who thrives in complex, enterprise environments and has a track record of building high-performing teams, executing sophisticated sales strategies, and closing large-scale, strategic deals.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full sales pipeline lifecycle, including forecasting, reporting, and CRM optimization

Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunities

Provide leadership and direction across all sales activities to drive consistent performance against revenue targets

Build, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Contract Management to deliver cohesive go-to-market strategies

Negotiate and close complex enterprise agreements with hyperscalers and cloud partners

Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, including management of senior sales professionals and strategic accounts

Strong background in consultative and value-based selling methodologies

Demonstrated success in team leadership, coaching, and performance development

Experience within hyperscaler, cloud, telecom, or digital infrastructure environments preferred

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus

Advanced proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

Strong capabilities in sales forecasting and pipeline management
