The EVP, Datacenter Low Voltage Cabling Business Unit will lead and scale a rapidly growing business focused on mission-critical datacenter infrastructure deployment. This leader will own P&L performance, drive operational excellence, expand customer relationships across hyperscale and enterprise datacenter clients, and deliver industry-leading installation quality and safety. This role requires a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial executive with the ability to build structure, systems, and culture within a fast-scaling organization. Success in this role requires a proven track record in large-scale structured cabling, datacenter build programs, vendor ecosystem management, and high-velocity growth leadership. Define and execute the business unit strategy to scale revenue, profitability, and market share across hyperscale, colocation, and edge datacenter customers. Drive expansion into new geographic markets and service offerings (ISP cabling, containment systems, DCIM integration, copper/fiber deployment, testing/certification). Establish enterprise partnerships with OEMs, integrators, and general contractors to enable sustained growth.Maintain perspective on competitive dynamics, cost drivers, and emerging technologies (AI data centers, high-density fiber architectures, liquid cooling support, etc.).
