Estimator

Seeking an experienced ISP Estimator to join our growing Data Center Division, supporting data center, hyperscale, and carrier hotel projects across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of low-voltage infrastructure and structured cabling systems, with proven experience estimating complex internal buildouts for large-scale, mission-critical environments. This role will play a key part in developing accurate, competitive, and profitable cost proposals for new construction, retrofit, and expansion projects within data centers and enterprise facilities nationwide. Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for ISP (Inside Plant) construction projects, including fiber and copper cabling, containment systems, racks, cabinets, power and grounding, and related low-voltage infrastructure. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and RFPs to determine scope, materials, labor, and equipment requirements. Develop takeoffs, bills of materials, and pricing models for both self-performed and subcontracted work. Collaborate with project management, engineering, and field operations to ensure constructability and alignment of estimates with actual field conditions.
