We’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager who can lead a team of engineers with confidence, empathy, and forward-thinking energy. You’ll be the operational anchor of our client service experience, ensuring our platforms—Ninja, Halo PSA, Hudu, and Todyl—are used to deliver seamless, high-impact support. Lead and inspire Helpdesk Engineers, Network Engineers, and project teams to deliver exceptional service. Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture. Oversee IT service delivery, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded. Act as the escalation point for service issues and client concerns. Drive service improvement initiatives and operational best practices. Monitor performance metrics and generate reports using Halo PSA. Ensure endpoint management and security through Ninja and Todyl. Maintain scalable documentation in Hudu.
