Level 2 Help Desk Engineer

You’ll serve as a senior technical resource and trusted advisor for our clients and internal teams. You’ll lead complex projects and ensure the integrity/performance of network and systems infrastructure across diverse environments. Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation, mentoring junior engineers, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. Leading the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced network and systems solutions. Acting as an escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, providing expert troubleshooting and guidance. Managing high-impact incidents and ensuring timely resolution with minimal disruption. Architecting secure, resilient, and scalable network infrastructures tailored to client needs. Collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver strategic IT initiatives. Conducting network assessments, audits, and performance tuning. Maintaining detailed documentation of systems architecture, configurations, and procedures. Overseeing deployments of firewalls, switches, servers, and cloud services. Providing on-site support for critical issues and project implementations. Driving continuous improvement in service delivery and technical operations.
