The Vice President is responsible for overseeing regional operations, client relationships, financial accountability, revenue growth, and providing strategic leadership for the Mid-Atlantic region for civil construction and utility projects across the east coast. Oversee and manage operations, including estimating, bidding and project management. Manage a team of 100+ employees, including senior leaders (PMs, Superintendents, Business Development, VP of Finance, Estimators). Responsible for client satisfaction, building relationships and partnerships, and ensuring all projects meet performance and quality standards. Responsible for market forecasting, setting revenue targets and goals, and aligning strategy with corporate objectives. Ensure safety standards, regulatory requirements and QC measures are adhered to throughout all projects. Responsible for financial planning, job cost analysis, profitability, and client deliverables. Provide reporting on KPIs, market performance and goals, performance outcomes, etc. with executive leadership.
