Coach, mentor, and provide guidance to team members, promoting their professional development and growth. Supports the recruitment and hiring process for crew and team members. Provide regular updates to clients and upper management, addressing any concerns or changes as needs. Accountable for conducting performance evaluations and providing guidance to team members. Collaborates with safety and quality managers to address and resolve safety and quality concerns. Assists in facilitating weekly meetings involving staff, subcontractors, and safety, and is capable of leading them when required.
